Audio transcoding settings

I need some guidance on how I can see and/or alter specific settings in the audio transcode by PMS. My PM server is on the Synology which hosts all media. I restarted to use Plex (and Plexamp) for music listening. My need was to listen to my music not available in Qobuz eo and when I am remote (via iPhone or Macos (USING PMP OR PLEXAMP). Most of the albums are DSD and also a lot of FLAC 24 96 or 192. I noticed that PMS transcodes DSD into OPUS at a lower bitrate than the FLAC albums (520). That defeats the entire purpose of using the DSD. Any solution? Other software I use like JRiver gives you absolute control over the transcoding if any. JRiver is however useless in a remote access situation.

Thanks. But is it possible to increase the bit rate (bps) for OPUS. FLAC can be played with much high bps. I understand no iPhone support direct play in DSD.
