I suspect your problem relates to the fact that you just updated your PMS. I and at least one other user started having similar problems just after updating to the 1.18 version, and the problems went away after rolling back to the previous 1.17 version (see thread here: How to roll back to earlier PMS version on QNAP NAS? ). That was on a QNAP NAS, so I’m not sure if it’s the same with the version on your machine, but it seems like a pretty big coincidence if not.
