Authorized Devices Removed from Plex Nas My Cloud Pr4100 Server

Hello, good afternoon, let’s see if you can help me. On the server in settings, Authorized Devices, I deleted a device that was Linux from all the ones I had and from there it no longer lets me find my Nas MCloud Plex server, edit the Preferences.xml file as I found here:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
but it still doesn’t work, please I need help I don’t know what else to do.
I also updated to the latest version of Plex and I don’t know if that’s where the problem comes from, let me go back to the version I had because if I put it now it doesn’t work, tried

If you removed the server from Authorized Devices, then it is in an unclaimed state, and you need to re-claim it.

From a system on the same network as the NAS, use an incognito/private browser window pointed at the IP address of the NAS. For example, if the IP address of the NAS is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web (use http, not https, and don’t forget /web).

You should be able to login and claim the server.

If your server is running OS5 and you are familiar with the Linux command line, try the UserCredentialReset Utility.

I have done it but it is still the same, I get the empty plex without my server, I have also put the plex server on the computer and it does take it but not on my nas, this is on the latest version of plex installed 1.32.8.7639 on my Pr4100 Os3 .
The one that worked for me previously is version 1.25.9.5721 but now it no longer works when I put it on, it does not load 192.168.1.7:32400/web and goes directly to http://192.168.1.7:32400/plexmediaserver/index.php 401 unauthorized and from there to http://192.168.1.7:32400/web but it does not load plex on the Nas Pr4100, it seems like some corrupt files on the Nas.
Ugh, let’s see if you can help me, 11 years with this Ples and everything has gone away. Thank you very much for everything.

Wow, I don’t know much about Linux or Os3, which is what this Nas is all about, but I’m doing it with tutorials on the internet and I’ve been getting by over the years but now I’m really lost. Isn’t there any similar command in Os3 like the one you’re telling me about? , Thank you very much for your help.

Well, I have finally deleted the entire Preferences.xml file and it seems that after configuring four things the plex has worked well and has recovered everything quickly, thank you very much and forgive the inconvenience.
Although I still have the doubt why all this happened.
