Auto-play/start and stop black sceern bug

I have had this problem for the last few months when I start a playback on my second screen (1920x1080) my main screen (2560x1440p) and my second screen blackouts for 2-3 seconds and comes to normal while my audio keeps playing. Everything runs and is stored on the same PC

Is Refresh rate switching enabled?

I don’t know i usually have my refresh rates locked at 120 hz on my second screen and 144 hz on my main screen if it is in the Nvidia control panel

The question was about the setting in the Plex app.
Settings - Plex for Windows - ‘Show Advanced’ - Player
The checkbox “Enable Refresh Rate Switching” must be clear in your use case.
