The auto scanning function for Plex on my Synology NAS DS218+ stopped working recently. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plex and also uninstalled and removed the Plex folder and reinstalled Plex but it did not help.
I read a Reddit post saying that changing the Low Storage Notification in the NAS caused the issue (I lowered the value from 20% to 5%). I reinstated the notification back to 20% but still have the problem.
Any idea on what else could be the problem?
BTW, the manual scan still works.

This issue is fixed after fixing the Symbolic Link Loop error was corrected!
