Automatic logout in my Plex Media Server

Good morning everyone,

I’ve got a lifetime pass, with which I’m logged to my Plex Media Server on Synology NAS.

From time to time, my user is automatically logged out, so I lose remote access till I connect locally and login again.

I couldn’t find any possible cause for this, can you tell my if is there is any parameter related to this?

I’m not aware of any parameter that’s triggering this behavior.
Do you happen to occasionally reset your password, checking the option to sign out connected devices after the password change? That’ll also sign-out the server

What version of PMS do you have installed and on what version of DSM are you (5/6 or 7)?
