Automatic Re-Optimize when source file upgraded

I have my Plex server setup to optimize all recently aired TV Shows. One issue I am running into is if the source file is replaced (Upgraded from 720p to 1080p for example) then the optimizer will mark the episode as deleted rather than re-optimize the new source file.

Is there a way around this with existing settings. If not can we get better integration between the optimizer and library scans. It’s kinda dumb that I have to go back into the optimized queue to force it to reconvert again.

I tried adding two optimizer queues with the same filter hoping it would optimize in the second one when the first is just reporting as deleted. The second queue just shows the file as completed.
