Automatic subtitle selection not correct

I set the following in my profile:
Preferred Audio: German, Preferred Subtitle: English, Auto select Subtitle Mode: Shown with foreign audio
I have set the same in Server > Settings > Languages.
But for almost all series and movies, English is automatically activated for subtitles, even for German series and movies.
I’ve also played around with changing it either in the profile or in the settings, but I only get either the subs completely turned off, or they are ALWAYS set to English.

Player Version#:4.147.1

It only works if you select the same language for audio and subtitles.
