In order to test having forced subtitles for movies with Non-English speaking parts (a different issue), I wanted to see how that would affect my users who prefer having Spanish audio and Spanish Subtitles automatically selected.
I have created a test managed user with the following settings chosen:
Preferred Audio Language: Espanol
Preferred Subtitle Language: Espanol
Auto-Select Subtitle Mode: Always Enabled
However, this test user isn’t automatically selecting the right languages! It is simply selecting the first audio track (English) and no subtitle at all. This is happening on m fireTV and Android phones (both android devices).
I have an actual remote user in which her settings does seem to be working properly (a roku user).
Any ideas of what’s going on here?
