I’m not sure what category this question would go as, so I just went with general.
The situation is as following: I’ve had a plex server for years, on different PCs even, that a few users have been using, me and my girlfriend mostly, but some friends on and off, the automatic subtitle feature have always worked flawlessly, but so a week or two ago I shared my plex server with one more user, and set the EXACT same language preference as everyone else, but it refuses to set ANY subtitle automatically for this new user, what so ever, not even english.

When I add a new movie and external subtitle, everything works as intended for all users except for the new user.
I’ve tried a combination off all the different choises but nothing works, it will NEVER add a subtitle, no matter what language it is.
I tried to reset the users settings from their login, but no difference.
It’s so weird that we have the same settings and it works for everyone except 1 user…
EDIT: I will also add that this issue is verified on the web via Chrome browser, iPad, iPhone, Samsung smart TV. Same issue everywhere.
