Automatic Subtitles does not work for other users

I cannot figure out how the users that connect to my plex server get automatic subtitles on
I have tried to enable it on a user that’s not my own account but it does not seems to work
I followed this link Account Audio/Subtitle Language Settings | Plex Support

But it works for my account that is the admin acccount

Would be great if you guys have some ideas to why it’s not working

How did you configure their account’s audio/subtitle language preferences?
