I ask for help I have a problem with the autoplay function on the series. The new episode starts, but the video is black and there is no sound. The error does not always occur, however, and also not in every series. If I start the episode manually everything fits. The problem has existed for over 1 year What I’ve found out about the test so far.
- The error occurs more frequently with .mkv x264 format.
- If I switch on automatic transcoding, everything also fits
