So in the last couple weeks I’ve been noticing that some of my tv and movie content starts to play then stops, or in case of just tv the auto play function where I would just hit play and it would play one episode then the next and so on will play the episode then instead of playing the next one will get stuck on the plex opaque screen and do nothing and I have to go back and click the next episode manually. Any way to fix this issue? I’m running plex and the server from a 2015 mac mini, and watching using plex media player. everyone is fully up to date and I have restarted the computer and shut it down and back on.
can you take a screen shot of this. can you grab the PMP logs after it happens
I don’t know how to grab logs but here are two screen shot of what happens between episodes. one I have to just go back, and the other I can to quit the whole program and start it again to get it to work.

I see 9 logs, which one is it?
the Plex Media Player.log and if there the pmphelper.log should do. The ones without numbers at the end are the newest logs. so right after you see the issue again get the logs.
