I have recently purchased the Plex Pass for me to be able to use more features for the 20,000 photos I have installed on the Plex server. Unfortunately, none of these appear to be tagged with ‘Autotag’ values and I can not see any setting that will help this process start.
Is this because I am running the server service on a WD MyCloud Home ?
Also ‘GeoTag’ searching appears not to work as well.
Any ideas what I need to do to get these working ?

Plex announced back in May that auto-tagging of photos would be discontinued, effective May 31st.
As for geotags, Plex has a long-standing problem where it won’t show maps for raw or tiff image files.
There was a recent issue where it also stopped showing maps for .jpgs as well, but that was fixed with Plex Server build 1.32.7.7484.
thanks for sharing. I have a container image running on Truenas and it’s still 1.32.6, does Plex usually publish the updates on the Truenas “Apps store” frequently, or should I go through a manual update?
It is sad to see auto-tagging go, I purchased Plex Pass to get more feature to organize my photos as many online sources mentioned you would get these functionalities only with Plex Pass, but now I don’t seem to get any additional photo feature in Plex Pass. At least with 1.32.7 I will hopefully get the map…
