My library contains .jpg and .dng (raw) images. Over the past year, nearly all are geotagged, thanks to a new camera with built-in GPS. When viewing these images in Plex Web, I click the ‘information’ button to show the maps. On .jpg, images, it just says “unable to load map.” On .dng files, it doesn’t even do that. It apparently thinks the file is not geotagged. I confirmed with a geotagging app called GeoSetter that the files are indeed geotagged. I haven’t tried Plex Dancing the images yet, as I am not in front of my server. I have run the Analyze function
I don’t know if this is a bug, or if there is some configuration I need to do. Please advise. Log files are attached.
The ‘unable to load map’ is worrying. Do you mind zipping up a couple of the images (one of each type) and I’ll see if I can reproduce here? Sorry you’re having trouble - we’ll look into what’s going wrong.

Images sent via PM. Thanks for looking into this.
So it turns out this was partially my fault. I have a script-blocking security program installed, and it was blocking some services that are needed for the map to appear.
There is still a problem with the maps on some raw photos (DNG format). I just reported a problem regarding the display of aperture settings on .DNG files. In the cases where Plex does not show the ISO/Fstop/Aperture line at all, the map also does not appear. This is not specific to Firefox, so it is not caused by the script blocker.
Hello, I just started a new photos library in plex and on all my DNG files files with geotags there is no map displayed in plex. When I export the same files as jpeg, the map appears. I guess this is the same bug described by beckfield. Any updates or progress on this bug?
