Geographical coordinates are not shown in the picture information, and in XML, even picture has such information. Please support me to fix this issue.

I have Lifetime Plex Pass. Location-Based Photos should be available with it. Please advise if someone from Plex support here to check why this feature is not available for me.
That feature was removed mid May. We sent email announcement about it.

I guess the announcement you are referring it is the following?
One thing is removing automatic tagging of location, another one is not even showing the location embedded in a photo - which seems a very basic function of any photo viewer…
I honestly don’t get it but I guess I will have to take it and that’s it. I started using plex when streaming was not there here. I had my movies, tv series and music and pictures.
Now we all have netflix and spotify and the only thing I still have at home and care are my photos. Which I’d like to handle and manage on prem as I used to do.
I will have to walk away from Plex - period
I don’t get this either: I got Plex in April for the sole reason of this feature and enjoyed for a few months… and now not only is Autotagging unavailable for the new photos, but it seems that the prior Autotagging and Location is gone? Why? Can’t this be available as at least an unsupported feature?
