Autotag not working

Two month have passed and still not a single picture in my ~7000 pictures library has been tagged. Everyday I get the “the service is currently throttled” in the logfiles.

I’m running version 1.18.0.1846 on a qnap device. Any advice to fix this would be appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem! Very bad customer service from plex, I will ask my credit card company to cancel the transaction for the plex pass if still possible.

Same here - great feature but currently useless
