good morning can anyone help with this issue
all my downloaded music and films on my pc are watchable easy on any of my tvs through my home network, but non of my downloaded tv episodes or box sets show in my plex home page even though all in same folder on pc?

Plex wants different media types to be separated in different libraries.
It’ll also ignore files that don’t meet the naming schema applicable for that media type. So if you add a file named in accordance with the naming schema for tv-shows to a movie library, Plex won’t add that file.
I recommend you take a look at the support articles on how to name your media in preparation of adding it to Plex
