For some reason my avatar on Plex TV has gone. It still shows up on my subscription account and also in my iOS mobile apps.
When I try to add a photo within my browser on the PlexTV page, it will not let me.
Does anyone know what’s wrong?

Not for me. Refresh briefly shows it then disappears again.
Emptied cache. Bingo.
