You can “become” any of your managed users, so you can do that for your kids & family members.

I have a Plex Pass, but only “Users, Get Plex apps, Help & Switch User” show up for me. I don’t see ‘Account’ except for my main user. Am I missing something?

Yes :wink:

You can “become” any of your managed users, so you can do that for your kids & family members.

That means, use “switch user”. Then you can click on ‘Account’ and edit the user preferences for that particular family member.

I can’t change the managed user’s avatar. As the OttoKerner user, I see only “Users, Get Plex apps, Help & Switch User”, so only the main acccount has the option to change the avatar. Any idea?

Use ‘Switch User’ to become the
other user(s).

Opps…Sorry. The problem was I am using the Chrome app extension. Through the web version all is fine. Thanks!
