AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q Setup question

Hi,

I have the AVerMedia AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q, and it is plugged into the USB port on my Windows Plex server.

However, when I go to Settings > DVR to enable the DVR functionality, all I see is a box scanning for network DVRs. How do I get PMS to recognize the USB connected Volar Hybrid Q ?

I am running Plex server 1.7.x on Windows 10 64 bit

have you tried restarting the server with it already plugged in? what version exactly of server are you running?

For some reason, a simple Plex server restart did not fix it.

I rebooted the computer that Plex runs on, and that fixed the issue.
