Awful video quality

Hello,
I recently changed my NAS from Asustor AS6302T to AS502T (which is a bit more powerful). At first, I found back all my medias and Plex server as before. Then I realized that most videos would not play normally anymore. In fact, it is unwatchable, either directly to my TV with HDMI cable or with internet on local or remote computer or mobile… Videos are like pixelated porridge, most of the time just black. Sound is running fine. It can’t be network problem as I am fiber connected (speedtest says 385Mb/s download and 40Mb/s upload), all my cables are good and my NAS is working fine for all other type of connection. Can it be Plex settings ?
The other recent change is that I got a Plex Pass roughly at the same time…

There is really something I don’t understand with Plex politics towards people like me who have unresolved technical problems… There is no way to contact directly technical support, only the forum but if no one answers than we stay with our problems ! Even though we paid to have a plex pass !! Why the hell no one from plex is willing to help find a solution ?

Generally they need a set of logs (Debug only). In this case it is a known issue that hasn’t been resolved yet.

But why don’t they take it in consideration anyway and let me know what kind of information or log they need to try to resolve the problem ?..

I paid for something I can’t even use !
