"Back" doesn't work in plex windows

i have noticed something and i do not know if this was the case before
my wife said it was not like this before
if i start watching a tv series from lets say episode 6…i cant go back in the season
for that to work i have to play the season from the beginning, go to episode 6, than back works
is that how it was or am i missing something
also if i go to play queue…i only see the episodes after…not the one before i selected
it’s kind of annoying…makes no sense why the queue playlist doesn’t include all the season
you can select s1 go to the hole season and play from there but the back function is strange

I’m not sure if this is related, but I find that after a few minutes of use, the player can no longer access the television series or movies. It can play them if the video is directly visible on the player, but not if you have to open up a television program. When I try to do so, I just get a spinning mouse indicator for ever. To resolve this, I had to revert to an older version I had kicking around. It is as if the player cannot access the metadata for an item. It is the same in movies, tv, music.

Having problems here too on Version 1.27.2.1599-7689068b. If I leave the app open for any length of time it won’t let me click into the TV/film.

How do I revert to another version?

I happened to have an old version of the program on my computer from December so I just uninstalled Plex viewer and installed the old one. Unfortunately, I don’t know where there is a library of old versions to use. I would watch for a new version to come out and hopefully our problems are solved with it.
