Essentially steal this feature from apple’s music app where you can rearrange your upcoming songs as you are listening to music.
You can already do that.
The trick is to first long press on the track, until its background gets a bit darker.
then you can drag it down or upwards.
If you swipe a track to the left (without pressing long beforehand), you can remove it from the play queue.
