before I drop $1000AU on a Mac Mini, please help me :)

Ok, I’m looking at finally getting a Mac Mini (although I’d really like to spend $3000 on a ModBook, and my wife wants one too, but we just can’t justify spending such a large amount of cash).



Before I spend this money, I’d like to know if what I want to do is possible:



I want to use iTunes so I can play audio to different rooms via some Airport Express units (and control it all via the Apple Remote App - which, correct me if I am wrong, you can use via iTunes to select different AirPorts to play the audio to?) but I also want to have my entire music library available in Plex, without having to have a second copy.



Can I do this?
