I canceled my accounts months ago but I am still being charged $4.99 a month for a Plex pass that I don’t use anymore. Please help.
There is no monthly subscription on the account that you are using to post here. There is only a yearly subscription which is already cancelled and will expire in April this year.
If you are being charged for some monthly subscription, it might be on a different Plex account.
Find out which email address is/was connected to that particular account. Then write with the details to the Plex Pass Billing support team: https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing
