Still Being Charged for Plex Pass

I had previously been paying for and using a plex account with the $4.99/month pass.  I recently moved and as I was no longer using my plex account I canceled my pass, however I am still being charged for the pass.  I have several charges to my account even after I canceled my account.  Over the last three months I have been charged on the 4th of every month, Jan 4th, Feb 4th, and Mar 4th.  When I log in and go to my account I can see that it says I have no payments on record and no active pass.  So even though the site also shows that I have no active membership after canceling my pass I am still being charged.

 

I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.  Thank you.

Thank you, I have already sent an email to plexpass@plex.tv and have yet to hear back.  I have not been able to find anything on the website that seemed remotely helpful towards this problem, and when I searched around on the internet I was only able to find other people with the same problem and no solution.  Hopefully I will hear back from them soon.
