Was wondering if anyone can recommend the best way to back up all of my Plex content. I have about 2 tb so far and really want to back up via cloud than HDD. I use OneDrive but cannot seem to get a plan that offers more than 1TB. Just after somewhere to back up everything for piece of mind which is cloud based.
Any idea would be great full.
It all depends if you will pay for the storage. You can of course have multiple cloud storage plans and backup some content to one e.g. Onedrive, and other content to another e.g. DropBox.
Personally I pay for OneDrive but Amazon cloud locker is unlimited for $60 per year.
ACD is great… I’ve tried all cloud syncing solutions (except dropbox) and none are reliable enough to sync EVERYTHING…
I have been using Backblaze for a couple years now and love it! $50/year for unlimited as well. They also have optional double encryption so not even their employees have access to your data. Don’t lose your keys!
They do have a referral link, which, although isn’t a necessity, I wouldn’t mind a free month…
I use ACD (Amazon Cloud Drive) and have been pretty impressed with the speeds.
But I do encrypt my files before upload just to be safe.
Although if you are in europe, You will need an amazon.com account, as at least in the UK the unlimited everything is not available.
