Ok let’s start with the router… I am very pleased with the x10… To answer your question the router as a Plex Server works very well…my setup is very stable and is always found and active…conected a 8tb sésgate usb drive and it found it with no issues…( plumed in to the 2nd sub port).
I found the best TV Tuner is the HDHomerun which connects to the router port and not to the usb. The nighthawk Plex Server saw the tuner and connected it with no issues.
This truly is a good partnership… I recommend highly .
My system is a bit more intense then this , but i hope this give you a good reason to persue this setup… have fun.
