Best way to add in Workout Videos?

So I have a bunch of workout videos that I've scanned in from DVD and I want to add them to my Plex system.  I'm wondering on the best way to do this since they aren't actually TV shows or Movies so I assume the scanners that go grab poster images and things won't work.

I'm assuming I should add a new Library and call it Workout Videos and choose Home Videos for the type?

Many of them have multiple videos in the series (e.g. P90X) so I want them to show up as the Series first and then the videos underneath.  I organized the videos in folders that way but when I point the library to the root folder it just brought in all the videos from all the folders into one big list.

Is there some way to have it show up so when I go to Workout Videos it would then show me things like P90X, 10 Minute Trainer, Turbo Fire, etc and then when I select each one it wuld show me the videos in that series?

Thanks.

Please use the search. This has been asked numerous times before.

The link you provided probably worked when you posted it, but it does not now over 3 years later. I can’t find the linked post in the search, what was the answer?

basically if they are a series make a TV show library but change the scanner to `personal media shows" agent instead of thetvdb or others.

Call the library Workouts or whatever and name files like

Workouts/SeriesName/SeriesName S01E01.mkv

you will need to add metadata manually unless there is embedded in an mp4
