Received email just now, installed beta app, and launched. App opens dialogue box saying program is only open to invited users and I don’t appear to be on that list. Then it quits.
Ideas?

I’m having the same issue as well.
I have the same issue, but realised I may, doh, have used the wrong email address when registering for the beta, vs the one I use in the Store, can we change that pls ?

That may be: if the app is pulling my MS Store email (@live.com), it’ll be different than my plex one…

I used the same for both accounts - still can’t access it.
Also get the same problem… any suggestions?

i’m getting the same thing app will close on launch. i used the same email for both plex and microsoft
Both Plex and Microsoft email accounts are the same, and I can’t install because I’m not part of the beta test.

Same here. Seems like a backwards thing to have to be signed into the windows store to download, but then also signed into the xbox app to use it. I use the xbox app for absolutely zero things, why would Plex be the only one?

Same issue here. Received the email from Plex, same account across Plex and Microsoft.
As much as I’d rather just increment a counter for “yes, I’m hitting this bug as well”, I’ll add myself to the list of people seeing the same problem. Same email address used for Plex and Microsoft account.
