This has been an ongoing issue for several years now.
Plex doesn’t understand how to do a proper alphabetical scrolling for korean.
For English, we have A~Z on the right side for easy scrolling.
For Korean, it doesn’t break the words far enough and uses combination of vowels and consonants.
Example: 무한도전 (muhan dojeon)
What it should be: ㅁ (m)
How it is now: 무 (mu)
so rather than having ㄱ,ㄴ,ㄷ,ㄹ,ㅁ,ㅂ,ㅅ,ㅇ,ㅈ,ㅊ,ㅋ,ㅌ,ㅍ,ㅎ (all letters required for alphabet scrolling), it goes something like 가, 구, 겨, 금, 나, 난, 냔, 낸, etc
Imagine if it was being sorted like (Aa, Ab, Ac, Ba, Bu, Bo, Ca, Ce, Co, etc)
The list gets so long that it goes through the UI on iPad.
The situation gets far worse once the library includes both english and korean metadata.
Hope this can be resolved.
