I am not really looking for help however I want to raise my concern on how my Plex Pass was canceled because my card expired. On Sunday plex emailed saying they could not take the payment I went to pay today however I had to join Plex Pass again. I have had to join at the higher price which does not bother me as plex is well worth the money however I can see other people being really annoyed. I can imagine not everyone loves plex as much as me and if this happened to then I could rightly imagine them not joining again. To avoid this for future people plex should email people when their card is expiring and at least give people some grace after the failed payment attempt.
That would definitely be a good idea as it's something I can imagine happens to a lot of people.
I would have emailed plexpass@plex.tv explaining the situation before rejoining to see if they would have worked with me and they may still for you, it's worth asking.
