Bill Payment

I have my Plex Account setup to where it gets deducted every month and I received and email from 06/03/2017 saying “Your subscription couldn’t be renewed”. I knew I had the money so I went on my Plex payment account page and it said Status: Gateway Rejected? Anyone know anything about this?

I just tried to make payment again and it said “There was an error retrying: Gateway Rejected: fraud”??? What the heck?

At the bottom of www.Plex.tv you will find the Contact link… In there, you can contact the billing folks to help you out.
We don’t do billing here for the obvious reasons
