Plex Pass Payment returned

My Payment was returned and now I need to get it reinstated. I have tried talking to a human (I think) on email however that was far from successful. I was forced to come here.
I tried cancelling the subscription and adding again however it keeps telling me my subscription is valid till 25th August. Clearly it is not as the DO was returned.
How do I get Plex back?
