Bitdefender VPN and Plex Remote Play Issue

I’ve been using NordVPN on my PC (Windows10) and I set split-tunneling that’s works for me excellent… but I didn’t enjoy NordVPN speed… now I’ve changed to BitDefender VPN Premium and I set also split-tunneling… but here remote play doesn’t work…

I added whole Plex folder (all .exe’s) and plex.tv address for split-tunneling and still when I start VPN, remote play doesn’t work… hm… Em I doing something wrong?

Do you have a port forward set up and PMS using that port for remote access with the new VPN setup? You haven’t mentioned yet what Plex is showing for the remote access status on the settings.

I didn’t changed any settings when changed VPN provider. Port is open, Plex shows remote status OK.

Sometimes it works, but mostly not.
When I start remote playing and then start VPN, it works for few hours, if at first I start VPN, remote play doesn’t work at all, but still plex shows remote acces working… strange

Just now I wrote to Bitdefenders support with this problem, if they solve that, I will post solution here :slight_smile:
