So earlier in a managed account, an episode of a kids show refused to play with a cryptic error: “[existsOrThrow] Value is undefined or null!” on the Xbox. I couldn’t figure it out so I wrote it down and to keep the peace, just played the episode on my phone and put something else on the Xbox.
I didn’t think to take any logs intending to attempt it again later and take logs then but now the episode is playing fine. It just has me stumped as to what could have happened. Has anyone encountered this error message before?
