Black Bar at top hiding options

Please help the black bar at the top of plex is now covering options like refreshing libraries to add or remove content. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Any advice?

Reset the Zoom level of your web browser by pressing the CTRL and 0 keys together.
