Hi. Problem persist for me.
My problem is the ratio. Plex is playing full screen but the ratio is not ok.
The image is stretch ( up and down ) and if i change the ratio aspect ( 19:9; Original; etc.. ) the problem always remain… Someone can help me, please.
App: Plex for LG 2.1.3
LG Web OS: 1.4.0-2532
With Plex app: the problem
With Lg Smart Share: all is ok.

Yes some Movie titles are odd like that. I tend to use 16:10 which looks like the picture obtained from the Smart share function.
On the server side, go to Title and click on the hamburger menu, bottom right on poster and select get info. It should tell you the correct aspect ratio of the title.

I don’t think the problem is the ratio of film. T same film open with another app ( as you can see in the images attached ) os ok. The ratio is correct. When i try to open the same film with plex app the problem wake up… 
Same ideas???

Your issue was unrelated to the thread you posed on so I’ve moved it.
Based on your screenshots it looks like Plex is playing everything correctly and your other screenshot shows the player stretching and trimming the video to fit the screen (the face looks stretched out) and the stairs look to be closer to the edge (this may be due to slightly different frames, I’m not sure).
