Black screen on app launch

The application does not start, the screen is black all the time.

  1. Reinstalling the application did not give results
  2. Resetting the smart hub settings did not give results
  3. Resetting the TV settings did not work

on the old Samsung TV (UE40F6500) everything works without problems
