Black screen, only audio, when playing next episode

I have my Plex Media Server on Synology DS920plus, verson 1.40.5.8897-e5987a19d
Plex for Android (TV) installed on Sony TV, version 10.19.1.1166

When I try to play some cartoons for my kid, the first episode always goes well. But when plex tries to play the next episode, the TV will occasionally turn black screen with audio playing. Actually the menu also shows up, only the video itself is black.

Anybody has any clue on how to solve this problem?

The only thing that comes to mind is If your files have a mix of encoding formats or they are poorly encoded.

Try to make sure all of the files in a TV Series are encoded using H.264/AAC .mp4 or H.265/AC3 .mkv.

You can use Handbrake or XMedia Recode (PC only. For advanced users) to re-encode any of your files.

Also, make sure you Analyze all files in Plex for the whole TV Series.
