Black screen when playing 4k dv backups

i have a firestick 4k max, everything works perfectly except original 4k uhd dv backups via mkv, the files load up it triggers the dv logo on my tv plays the audio but the screen stays black, no picture.
all my lower quality quality 4k backups work perfectly with picture and audio

also on my lg tv app if i try to play dv files all i get is a green screen or a spinning yellow circle that doesnt play at all, i think this is because i have an older model tv, i f i can get it to work on firestick all will be good,

all 4k hdr10 backups play with no issues at all on firestick and the lg tv app..
