Blank screen after resuming app (Shield Pro 2019)

Hi,

I have the NVIDIA Shield Pro 2019 and I’m using the latest Plex Media Player connected to my QNAP NAS. I do not use the Plex Server in my Shield, and that’s disabled.

Since recently (app 1 month) when starting Plex I get a blank screen after resuming the app (that is, after not using the Shield for a while. I assume it has some sort of sleep mode)? The solution is to force stop and re-open the app.

I tried: clearing cache/data, uninstall/reinstall the app already. Any ideas?

I am in a similar situation with the previous generation shield, though my situation is when I left the app while watching something. I come back and it’s blank. At this point I can just press back and I am in the plex menu.

I am also using a qnap

Looks like the Nvdia Sleep action causes this for me. For now I’ve disabled sleep…
