Plex on Shield. Gray screen after turned on

Hi all.

A little ago i got this vired problem.
I have a Nvidia Shiled with plex.

When i turn my tv on it turns on the Shield but the screen is gray (plex gray) when i tap BACK i get picture. Is it like a screen saver thing? It has come in the last 2-3 mounths.

I just tryed a full reset of my Shiled with my luck.
I tryed turning off match resolution
I tryed reinstall the plex app
Nothing else is installed.

Eney ideas?

I actually see this as well, usually if the Shield is waking up.

How do you get in contact with plex about this?

This is happening to me consistently on both my 2015 and 2019 Shield TVs when waking the device.

What can i do when no support from Plex?

No no help from Plex? What can i provide? This is som annoying!

Just tryed to reinstall the app on my shield. But no luck :frowning:

So i nobody have this problem? I think it is a Plex problem. Meaby it losses the connection to the server becurse the Shield is going to sleep and it has to reconnect and that happends when i tap “back”

This i for sure a Plex issue. If it exit Plex and tun off my Shield i get normal screen. What logs can i provide so this stops?

Hi all

After i have switched my router from Icotera3000 to a Ubquiti USG i dont see this problem any more. So i think that the Icotera3000 “cut” the conneection to my server but reconnect when hitting the back bottum.
