Blank Screen and No Sound - Live TV and DVR, HDHOMERUN, Mac

I’m new to Live TV and DVR but setup was a snap but all I get is sound with a black/blank screen.

What am I doing wrong?

I’m running:
PMS Version 1.9.6.4385
macOS High Sierra 10.13

HDHOMERUN Info:
HDHomeRun CONNECT 104DA4ED
Version 20170930
64 Channels

I forgot to add that I have tried it on the following Plex apps:

Roku
iOS
WebAPP

Try it in a different app. Just to be sure it isn’t broken?

There have been many reports of this in the forums. Try rolling back one version of PMS and see if that solves your problem.

So, I deleted the app and then looked for the previous version on my mac. Bad idea!

That being said, I found a download after googling for an older version (1.9.4).

It now works. Live TV and DVR is awesome!

Sorry about the lack of instructions. There used to be a post by JohnM_ColaSC that was great. It had step by step instructions to re-download previous versions of Plex Media Server. I can’t seem to find it anymore though. Should have archived it when I could.
