Live TV and Recordings only play audio with blank video

Hoping someone can offer some insight or configuration setting I have missed.
I just got a new Hdhomerun connect installed and my windows PC (via hdhomerun program)a can view live OTA channels just fine. When I setup the DVR in plex everything seems to work fine, I can get to a point where I click to watch a current program or setup recordings. But when I try to watch a live channel, all i get is audio and the same with anything I test recorded. I have this same problem on the plex web app as well as all my clients I test via the plex app. My android phone can watch live channels just fine if using the Hdhomerun app, seems something is not setup correctly with in my Plex Media Server.

I have the same problem. I uninstalled the update from today and rolled back to the previous version… everything working OK now. Currently on Version 1.9.5.4339

Same problem here. Running PMS version 1.9.6.4385 on a Mac Mini.

I just got my HDHR Connect today (HDHR4-2US) and audio but no video.

The video works through the native HDHR App on the mac.

If anyone figures anything out please update. I would roll back my version but I that one may be out of my depth.

I had the same problem and rolled back to the previous version 1.9.5.4339 it must be related to this item in the release notes:

(DVR) Resolve crash when recording radio channels or channels without video stream (#7229)

Seems that broke live TV video.

Logs would be needed to look into the issue you all had with 1.9.6

A fix for the audio but no video will be released shortly

Plex Pass Beta release 1.9.6.4401 is now available. It has a fix for the no video issue
