Blueray 1080i - wrong aspect ratio

Hi,

I have a bluray disc (The Endless) ripped with MakeMKV that ends up as a 1080i - MPEG2VIDEO in Plex web-interface. When checking info it says 1080p, aspect ratio 1.33 but the movie is actually 2:35:1.

When playing the file in VLC everything looks ok, but in Plex web or Plex App Apple TV its played as 1.33 with left and right black curtains.

Does anyone know what’s causing this and if there is a way to play this file correct?
