Hello, I made a Plex account long ago for my parents. I need to add a new device to the account but the password I originally set didn’t work. So I did the password reset and set it to a new pass. Now THAT password won’t work either and I am locked out from too many attempts from 3 IPs now.
If someone can fix the account for me, I would really appreciate it. I can PM the account name and the associated email.

Got it by using email instead of username. Sign in says you can use “email or username.” I always use my username with my account and never had trouble, but this other account can not be logged in by username at the moment.
