Hi, since yesterday I have been having trouble with login via the Plex apps on my iOS devices. I can login ok with the same credentials via the web browser.
The error is ‘user could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble singing into an account (detected repeated failures)’
I have tried with another linked account and this worked successfully, but then I also started getting the same issue.
Based on the above I feel like there is a problem with my plex pass account. I have tried using a VPN, but that didn’t resolve the issue.
Has anyone else had these issues or can help me with my account?
