I dived in to the Plex universe for its Chromecast and Live TV functionality and invested in the appropriate hardware (Hauppauge TV stick) and subscription (Plex Pass), as there is no way to try out if it works as promised before buying. To my horror, Singapore is not among the Country drop down list at the DVR Setup screen :neutral:
Can you help by adding Singapore or refund my Plex Pass subscription? Thank you.

Unfortunately, Singapore is not currently a supported country. We have the full list of countries we can get guide data for in our DVR & Live TV FAQ (scroll down about mid way). Based on what we know so far for the Singapore free-to-air market is that there are 7 unencrypted via dvb-t2 and they are all owned by the same company, MediaCorp. It’s not certain yet if they allow sharing of guide data. If they don’t allow it, there wouldn’t be much that Gracenote could do for us. Still, we will want to expand further in Asia and Singapore has been noted. In the meantime, you can use 3rd party providers for guide data using the XMLTV standard. If you still want to discuss a refund for your Plex Pass, please contact our billing dept.
